All Vintage items are in good vintage condition but some wear and tear is to be expected

******All breakable items will have a minimum of $10 postage for small items up to $20.00 for large items to allow us to package breakable items for safe transport. Unfortunately, the Australia Post system does not take extra care of breakable items, we’ve all seen footage of delivery drivers throwing packaged items over fences and onto paths or verandas with no consideration for the goods inside. We try our very best to package breakable items so that they are protected when in transit, however we cannot be responsible for items once they leave our shop and go into the postal system. If your item arrives damaged, you must follow up any complaints with Australia post, as they have an insurance system for items under $100. You must return the item along with all the packaging to an Australia Post, Post Office, to have an evaluation done. For items over the value of $100.00 we would highly recommend that you take out extra insurance which is approx. $2.50 per extra $100.00. We can add this cost to your item at your request. We will also check to see if you would like your parcel sent express post so as to have your delicate item in the system for the shortest time possible which may give it some extra protection. If you do not agree with our policy, please don’t purchase any breakable items for our shop. Thanks for your understanding.

Our shipping costs start at $5.00 and we are happy to ship multiple items all together and combine postage costs. So, if you are looking at placing a larger order, don’t worry about postage costs – You will only pay for how much your shipping actually costs and any additional amount you have paid will be refunded.

If you want to buy more than one small item that has been labelled free postage, please send us a private message to renegotiate postage costs.
