All care is taken when packing items to protect them in transit, but we cannot be responsible for items once they leave our shop. If your item arrives damaged, you must follow up any complaints with Australia post.

Our shipping costs start at $5.00 and we are happy to ship multiple items all together and combine postage costs. So, if you are looking at placing a larger order, don’t worry about postage costs – You will only pay for how much your shipping costs actually amount to and any additional amount you have paid will be refunded.

If you are an international customer, please let us know what items you are interested in and we will investigate postage costs for you.

If your item arrives damaged, you must follow up any complaints with Australia Post. They have an insurance system for items under $100. You will be required to return the item along with all the packaging to an Australia Post, Post Office, to have an evaluation done.

For items over the value of $100.00 we would highly recommend that you take out extra insurance which is approx. $2.50 per $100. We can add this cost to your item at your request. We also have the option to express post your item, this will have your delicate item in transit for the shortest time possible which may give it some extra protection.

If you do not agree with our policy, please don’t purchase any breakable items from our shop.
