We try our very best to package breakable items so that they are protected when in transit, however, we cannot be responsible for items once they leave our shop and go into the postal system.
If your item arrives damaged, you must follow up any complaints with Australia Post. They have an insurance system for items under $100. You will be required to return the item along with all the packaging to an Australia Post, Post Office, to have an evaluation done.
For items over the value of $100.00 we would highly recommend that you take out extra insurance which is approx. $2.50 per $100. We can add this cost to your item at your request. We also have the option to express post your item, this will have your delicate item in transit for the shortest time possible which may give it some extra protection.
If you do not agree with our policy, please don’t purchase any breakable items from our shop.
